Protox Therapeutics to Present at BioFinance 2006 Conference
Monday, May 1, 2006 - Vancouver, British Columbia - Protox Therapeutics Inc. (TSX-V: PRX)
announced today that Dr. Fahar Merchant, Protox’s Chief Executive Officer, will
present at the BioFinance 2006 investor conference to be held May 2 - 4, 2006 at
the Toronto Marriot Downtown Eaton Centre in Ontario.
Now in its fifth year, BioFinance is the Canadian Life Science industry’s leading
investor conference for senior executives from public and private life science companies
to present their company’s technology and progress to institutional investors, analysts,
investment bankers, fund managers, venture capitalists, angel investors and prospective
corporate partners. Last year over 1,000 participants and 125 presenting companies made
this one of Canada’s largest investor conferences.
Dr. Merchant’s presentation will take place on May 3, 2006 at 3:00p.m. EST in the Trinity
